Episode 85: Homebody
This week I managed to get lots of knitting in, so lot's to discuss — but one of the highlights was getting to meet Ms. Martine of the iMake Podcast in person! Long story short, while posting something to my office Twitter feed, I saw that Martine happened to be bopping around the Big Apple. I couldn't help Tweeting back at her "I'm right across the street! Let's meet up!" And so we did, and it was fab! My turn to visit Guernsey, I suppose? ;)

Taking a cue from Kim's "Nailed-It" segment on CraftStash, this week I gave myself a half-moon manicure using loose-leaf reinforcements.

This week's recipe is Thai Chicken Sauté from CookingLight.com — super quick and easy to make ... not to mention, Dennis loved it so much, he requested the same recipe the next day! Albeit, this time with salmon, which was equally delicious, if not more.
* This will most likely be a new segment on the show, since I'm always cooking something interesting.
